Minimum payout amount is just $10
Views or Downloads are counted upto 2 within 24 hours per user/ip
There are no rewards for automated downloads
For both normal and embedded videos you earn 100%, there is no limitation
When advertising is blocked, rewards are counted by factor 0.0
Proxy/VPN traffic wont be counted
Payout requests will be usually processed in less than 48hrs, maximum it can take upto 7 days.

Rules & Conditions :

Attempts to gain revenue with misleading or other unethical methods will result in immediate suspension.

We have right to suspend any user if the account crosses fair usage, but we will warn the user before suspension.

Affiliates must agree to abide our Terms and Conditions and the Copyright Policy. Failure to do may result in a temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

Anyone has any upload issues? i try to upload some files and otherw either not starting or stuck when i upload.

Sadly highload is still back to incredibly slow, embed codes don't load or load incredibly slow. Also back to saying Gateway time-out Error code 504 commonly.
I think every user/uploader should message Highload on skype again that things aren't really working good. I know he's already probably seeking for a solution but I think that the more people message the better it is.

I really hope a permanent solution can be found to this problem, because we thought it was over a few days ago but looks like the problem is back. To be honest it's getting frustrating.

hi kuke, thans for answer me... the webpage is working againg... but highload have new probles... for example... the thumbnails are not working for any of my videos... you're right, its getting frustrating... i hope you solve as soon as possible, cuz this situation is affecting to me, and more important, to all the people that use the webpage
 
Did admin respond to any of you guys on Skype? Site seems to be now back but thumbnails still don't work.

Maybe try contacting him on Skype? Could be issue regarding your payment method or traffic.
