Sorry for the delay, Please note that those numbers are the number of the users who tried to download your files, not unique users who completed their downloads 100%.

Also, Premium users are downloading many files per day, They can download 20 30 files or more per day, Each. Please be sure, The rates are correct and working good

Hello,

It means they didn't uploaded files or worked. They didn't made any sales and not generated downloads or streams, actually they are not active

Once they started earning, you get your income from them for sure

I really suggest you try our PPS plan, it's really working good and profitable.
