The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. They credit you 5% bounce, since you request payout more or less $10 then you will receive more or less $0.5 on your go account
 
I use filezilla. Why the ftp server disconnect every few hours? When I woke up, I find that the upload queue is stopped. It wastes time. Please fix.
 
just a little tip for people...

if you are using zoom uploader and notice you are way back in the encoding queue after uploading a file, switch to uploading via FTP and you get pretty much instant encodes
 
@GO Unlimited , Is there any way to get the splash image via API ? If I want to use a custom player with premium traffic, I need the splash image to display on the player or is there any video player plugin for wordpress which can generate the splash image just with direct gounlimited link on the fly

It's midnight. I was asleep. How can I reconnect it? I setup the upload queue before sleep and expect it finish when I wake up. But the ftp server disconnect my filezilla ftp client. Why the ftp server disconnect every few hours?

May I know kindly how many files were listed in the queue and since when you have been connected to the FTP?

I am seeing the same issue.
Pressing the play button does nothing.

Testing with
"new embed" code
iPhone 5s, lastest iOS, Safari (private) and DuckDuckGo
iPad 3. Gen, Safari (private)

(Android and Desktop is working beautifully.)

Please clear your browser cache. I just tried from multiple iOS devices and everything seems fine.

I have the feeling this issue is related to either an account not being trusted or the ads mode setting.

For troubleshooting I wrote a super plain .html embedding only two gounlimited links.
embed-w8m53ccdwcd8.html -> random link i found. this is playing (it seems the ads mode is on "high")
embed-foxviiotngdd.html -> press play does not work (ads mode "no profit")

again, this issue only appears on iOS. (Android and Desktop is working.)

How it’s related to your account status if it’s fine using your Android and Desktop and not fine only with your iOS’s ? :laughing:

But no problem, please send me the HTML page you created through a PM please and I will investigate and take an action if necessary.

Hi Lob15,

First i see you used FileZilla software for FTP Upload and this is good soft, and you are single that report this problem on ftp uploads.

Now i have few question for you.

First, do you use VPN ? (In many cases they will reset the bandwidth for the country you use it and this will be a cause that you lose the connection with gounlimited.)

Second do you use RDP ? (Some providers or more precisely use shared bandwidth, if a user on the same server with you is much more active than you, you automatically lose speed and even the connection between RDP and GOUNLIMITED.)

Do you tryed to active your FILEZILLA auto connect ? (Edit -> Settings -> Connection -> Retry Settings)
