The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. Dear Sir, im from greece, so i belong to tier 5. All tiers expect tier 5 have been double.. It means that tier 5 will not get double rates?. Why is that?
I hope everything will be fixed, i always support you and i will start reupload my videos from now.

It is doubled as well. But we didn't update the website to show that.
Check your stats and you will see.
 
Double rate for whole week
But you said that everything will be fine in 25 days can you give us double rate for 25 days.
If we had the financial ability, we would. Not sure yet how much of time I can extend after this week. We still need to issue partners payouts in less than 24 hours as usual and ant unnecessary cost would prevent that.
 
I'm re-uploading file where I get this "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." And I still get the same, it does not happen with all, only with some but I do not know with which I will have this problem.

I am entering the forum and I find this news. It can't be, I thought it was a bug that would be resolved soon but now, do we have to reupload everything? It took me almost two months to recover from the February hit and has it happened again?

I am reviewing my account applying the filter of 500 videos and the vast majority are marked in red, I can not assure but it is between 70% to 80% of my fallen videos. I really have to upload everything again? Come on guys, I understand that they do everything possible and I respect their work, but for users like me, that we do everything manually, editing video by video is a HUGE waste of our time.

Not to mention that most of the users did not even give us compensation for the event February, as in my case. I decided not to ask about compensation anymore since I believed that as long as they did not fall again, I did not have to demand something.

And now it has happened again, this is too sad, then I see my statistics and they are completely down.

What will happen now?
I will keep double rates active until all users re-upload the affected files which gives them the ability to be compensated while they work, instead of the old manual compensation that we weren’t able to keep. We will also keep counting views of the affected files which should protect our partners income in the upcoming days.

You said that you have now a bullet proof system that even when this kind of stuff happen you have an offline back-up server to get stuff back to normal. Where is it? Will the file be back if we just wait some weeks for the trandfer to happen.

Yes, but the details of the system was given to untrusted partner. I promise that such thing won’t happen again, and will keep double rates until all partners are satisfied. Double rates are active since couple of hours and will remain.

If you faced any troubles with GO in the future, even if it’s a delayed payout, you have the right to end your partnership with us and leave and I won’t blame you, nor I do blame you now for anything. But please, and I am saying please; accept my apology. Even if you want to leave GO that’s totally fine but don’t leave it with a negative thought about it. I will always do my best as I did previously and will avoid any similar cases in the future. Just monitor the situation and see by yourself.
