The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. i'm accepting it simply because i don't want this to be longer.
it's not on my side, but i think on your side too.
the replied email about to update you are just stated that.
not to reply the concerned email.
an i already did that with new email.
why is this seems like so wrong on me?

i already did this part.

and this part too. only on new email instead of reply the concerned email. and the update is on request (12737216).

You didn’t reply the concerned email but preferred to send another one, which caused this delay. And I told you “ Yes, as stated”, but you didn’t bother yourself reading the statement so you didn’t understand the “stated” and missed the confirmation email. So.. may I ask you where is my mistake?

yes, because i think sending the new one is same as updated you. the stated part is you replied me asking about if i'm gonna get doubled and you said "yes, as stated.". so i have no doubt that i'm gonna get it without the compensation. and i'm not calling it a mistake, it's just simply a miscommunication about this part.

and you said you can't get the compensation because of it.
and there's not stated on your email you asked me to post a screenshot on WJ and reply it with the post link.
only to post on WJ forum and update you if i already did post on WJ.
and i did both of that.

And we asked you for the post link but we didn’t get any within the concerned email ticket. We can’t follow-up with new emails for each reply because we need to see the conversation history through the concerned ticket to understand what this reply is about.

you asked for the WJ post is on WJ too sir, not on email. and it's after i got my payout without the compensation. that's why here i am asking why am i not getting it and so you can send the compensation too with all the fact that i've stated. or you want me to send the post link to the concerned email now? i'm sending it now then.

I asked you for the post link through the concerned email ticket since the day your request started to be processed, and didn’t get anything yet, and also asked here publicly multiple times as everyone can see on my previous comments to update the concerned email ticket with the requested information, but instead of doing so, you’re still asking:

Yesterday I made a payment request. I need to send an e-mail to request the compensation with this payment? When you emailed me about the compensation I had already replied saying that I had received it.

first time i knew to reply the concerned email with the post link is on the replied email after i'm asking about this problem sir.
but well, i believe it's done know.
sorry if i did mistake and made the delay on my side.
i hope this really clear things up.
and i can get my compensation without any delay anymore.
so my compensation is on process now right sir?

Once your compensation request is processed and also confirmed, you will get your payment with the compensation. Make sure you only send one email regarding that matter and also follow the requested format for that email since sending multiple emails or changing the requested format will only delay your process.

It’s okay. Mistakes happens, but you said that there is a mistake from my side as well but I haven’t seen any, since I already asked you to update the concerned email ticket but you left it abandoned and sent another email which made us enable to process your request since we can’t follow up with multiple emails.
