Hey, i saw this as a great replacement for onlystream, however i'm wondering if there's an option just for the encoding part of the verified users ? I've made a new site so i don't expect anywhere near 5000 views a day for a long time to come but i'm still needing somewhere to host the videos, some of which are mkv and require encoding.

To have your videos encoded, you only need Trusted membership, not 5000 views daily. Trusted membership is free and has no specific terms, you just need to verify your traffic source and that’s all.

That's perfect sorry getting terms mixed up been a long day :relaxed: how would i got about verifying the traffic source ? I emailed in regards to verifying the site, however i'm not too sure if you got it ?
 
hello, i'm requesting my first payout and it got rejected already. already done, giving my traffic source to the support, but this bader alajmi support working so slow. he said "We will check the provided informations and validate your traffic source within 24 hours. " but it's already 24 hours more he's not giving me the information and still no payout. i'm didn't do anything wrong.

The slow Bader Alajmi tried to check your traffic source but you have provided nothing except an IP address of a forum. The forum has no domain but an IP address only so the traffic source was like this 0.0.0.0/post/video.html (example of the traffic source your provided).

Because your traffic source is odd, I told you I will get back to you within 24 business hours, and considering that it’s Friday and we work based on Kuwait work hours and days; both Friday and Saturday are weekends, so you will hear back from us very soon but not now. I will do an exception and ask the Trust and Safety team to process your account validation tomorrow while it will be a weekend as well.

oh okay. that forum not only has ip address, it has domain too, the domain name is semprot.com, you can check it. define odd please, because i'm not doing anything odd. you can open that forum, many users in there are using gounlimited. gounlimited is very popular in that forum, you can check that too. thank you before & after.
