The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. I registred some few days ago, and I was user number 409x. Akmost userID number 4100.
When I registred a few months ago I was user number 14xx.

30k active users and 200k+ in total, lol.

Yes, we have less than 5,000 Untrusted User. The number that the admin published is the Trusted users number which has their own ID range.

I'm sorry, but that's not how the script works.
And it makes abseloutely no rational sense to change or recode these values.

Trusted users does not differ from non-trusted users. They're on the same db, the same user-range. It's quite easy to check.

You have about 4100 users accounts, including trusted, non-trued and deleted/banned users.

When your team think to do something with Encoding system?

There should be an option to disable Encoding for some videos, or for all, because i don't need it sometimes.

I have some videos that are already encoded perfectly from FULL HD to HD on Openload with lenght about 35-40 minutes and they're size are about 300-350 mb so i don't need encoding again on GoUnlimited. Your system decrase the quality to SD sometimes and lower the video size to 150,200 mb , sometimes 100,150 mb... It's so annoying...

Your logic is the reason why you’re facing such bad experience with our encoding system. Our encoding settings are much better than Openload’s settings. Uploading the video to Openload then moving the encoded version to our system is the reason why your videos aren’t matching your expectations. You’re doubling the encoding process by yourself and causing a very bad quality for your videos.

Our system encoding rate is above 3000 Kbps and Openload’s rate is less than 1500 Kbps, so what you’re doing is encoding your video into 1500 Kbps with Openload and then upload it to GO Unlimited who has much better rate, which make our system not able to escalate your video quality because Openload already decreased it to 1500.

You can expect the high quality only when you upload the original version to our system or otherwise we can’t help you. You can’t treat our system as second plan after Openload and then expect the same experience.

I understand what you're saying sir, but some users don't need encoding, so that's the reason why Openload makes that 'Disable Encoding' option.

I already have 'enough' quality videos that are streamable without bufferings on any hostings, including GoUnlimited, so that's the reason why i'm asking you that.

It will be a great update option for the future and for some of your users.

One more thing, when i upload 700,800 mb videos here they're buffering until they gets encoded. I ask my friend to test it from his house, where he have 200 mbp/s download speed and he was facing bufferings too, until video gets encoded.

So you guys have some limit on streaming speed and that's the reason why on some of my bigger files i'm getting buffering problems? Your servers can't handle bigger streaming speed, so my videos must be encoded?

I was searching for a new host and signup at GO Unlimited... i upload a single file for a test.... but after... i was unable to active for about a week... the next thing i knew... I got banned due to inactivity... hihihi... Its a great experience... funny though.. hahahaha

If you want a Trusted membership you can send us a PM with your website, forum, or blog URL. As long as your membership isn't Trusted, it won't last long as we don't keep inactive accounts.

As i can see, Serbia is lowered too.
I get some views now from Serbian IP’s and my earnings are Tier 5, same as Bosnia and Herzegovina... Please fix.

It seems like the information you provided is accurate. I have received a new update from our billing team informing us that Serbia has been downgraded as well. Our admin added a new comment on the case saying "he will do his best regarding Serbia", but as I am not the concerned part in this case, I am not able to guarantee anything here. I prefer to wait till we hear a confirmation from our admin.

As per most of our users requests, we have decreased the PPV counting requirement from 10% to 5%, which mean the viewer should watch only 5% of the video in order for his view to be counted in his account reports.

After the long-term experience, we found that it will ensure a better user experience as it will improve its returns by 10-25%. However, as we reduced the viewing requirement from 10% to 5%, we also reduced the profit rate for the first category from 40 USD to USD 30 but this will not negatively affect the user's returns as we reduced the viewing requirement to 5% as mentioned earlier.

Summary of the conversation, users will now be able to obtain more stable profitability returns with the new count requirement, and will avoid wasting the many views that do not complete the owners 10% ؜ of them and negatively affect the user.

We always strive to improve our service level and apologize for any previous mistakes as we work hard to ensure a stable and secure long-term service for all our users.
