The maximum compensation for files lost is 1000$
There is no cap in in the second compensation which is 3 months earning.

A quick math:

You had more than a 1000 video so you are capped at 1000$
You earned 300$ in January from your videos so it's 300$x3 = 900$
Your total compensation balance is 1900$

You request a 100$ paiement from your earning, 100$ will be added automatically from your compensation balance.
Now you have left 1800$ and each time you request a paiement, the double of it will be added until you compensation balance turns 0.

This system is clear and balanced.

First of all, you told you alone. You have 3 videos and you didn't ask for everything and he with 44000 videos overdoes it.. WOW! Really good point!

Second of all he is right. If Gounlimited wanted, to be honest, he could say from the first day that the compensation would be at maximum of 1.000$ and that double rates would be for another WHOLE (another WOW here) month.

‍ people work hard to build their video libraries. 44k took the man a lot of work. With 3 videos you don’t understand what many of us had to go through...but here you are, talking like you’re dropping some knowledge on us.
also, for some people this can be their main work.. running a video website using GOU as host. I don’t think you know what you’re taking about mate.
