The upload speed is around 21 Mbps for me while I am in Kuwait, which means it should be much faster using Europe RDP/Proxy connection.
Check your connection speed and stability and try again or try to find different device.
If we didn't answer it means your request is rejected.
I complained like a week ago that the initial buffering was too long(sometimes 30-1min!), got in touch with you. It is really better now, I tried on a newly uploaded video and got it buffered in 10 seconds

Sorry I maybe have badly explained. They have just 10 seconds buffering, which is really OK compared to the 30 sec-1min buffering of before
The existing of the buffering is an issue in first place. I checked all servers manually using our tools and didn’t any overloaded server at the moment, so please send me your ISP name besides your ISP country and your origin IP and location if possible so I can test using the closest location to yours and see the latency between your ISP and ours.
Is it possible that you add Subtitle-Upload by Web-Upload (Video File Upload/File Upload)?
