Google apps alternative needed

I try to register on Google apps but there service is no longer free for new sign-up. I search the internet & found two other site where I can setup my business mail like Google Apss.

There is literally no alternative to Google Apps.
Outlook.com's MX Servers were down for 6 hours 2 weeks ago that affected my business a lot.
I have since then moved all my e-mails to Google Apps myself.
Reliability at google is worth every penny.
