I had 1.5GB graphics card inbuilt in my dell inspirionn5110.
because of some problem I had send my laptop to workshop(not dell) and now when I get back my laptop I download watch dogs and after 1st screen my laptop gets off I check on Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements for watch dogs and it says my system is not compatible with this game minimum requirement, then when I play my dmc5 which is used to run very smoothly previously, my system off immediately after 1st screen.

I updated my nvidia graphic driver and check my graphics properties it is 1.5gb .
Anyone here knows how to solve this issue ?

btw:-> I'm using Windows 8.1 update 1

if you mean, your system switches off,
than it's probably the security-settings on your BIOS preventing your Laptop from overheating.
(Or, at least it thins this)

What was repaired at the workshop?

More information

Yeah definately need more information... i would say the same thing... i think your computer thinks it's overheating... maybe see if you can run a stress test on your cpu and gpu seperatly to narrow down the search.

Let us know what you find out

depending on your setup, the GPU is on the mainboard, or the CPU, or in some rare cases added via expension-slots.
What's your model?
Why was it necessary to replace the mainboard? Is it the exact same model?
Does the people have flashed it to the newes BIOS-Version?

if it was a third-3party-repair, the chance is high, that they just installed an used mainboard.
So it's possible that it is just a defect one.
Get it back & tell them, they should fix this with a new mainboard.

if you installed a new motherboard in that workshop so you should go back to them and tell them what's happening to you
