hello a question, payments in BTC because they are too expensive, I asked for a payment when the btc was quoted at 34,000 and they sent me a payment as if the BTC was at 37,500 and that's why I got a low amount ... What is this difference, are the commissions? or are they discounts? and why? ... if someone can help me. Thank you

Of course, you will not receive the original amount because you have to pay the fee! This host does not support fees, transfer fees, uploaders have to pay .... BTC fees are relatively high...BTC price fluctuates often, if it's going up, you'll make money fast...it's a crypto game...goodluck !
 
@pimpampum, we have upgraded our BTC protocols and for couple of months we do not take the fee out of your payout amount.

Since BTC is super volatile there can be issues of receiving an amount different from what you have requested. It can be higher or lower, usually within 5% range. This happens because we send out payment using the rate at which BTC was purchased at by us to do your payment, since BTC network is slow, the rate can change while the payment is still being confirmed.

However, as one of you has pointed out this is crypto, you have to accept that or chose another payment method. If you look at the bigger picture, those partners who deliberately choose BTC for the long game purposes are upping their earnings quite substantially over the time.

If you want the here and now type of a deal, WMZ is the payment of choice. You can, btw exchange the WMZ to BTC at the time and the rate of your choosing at any time, so may be look into that if volatility is not acceptable for you.

@MaxFJ You can bring out following features for more transparency.

In case of a void transaction(Refund), We would like to see the amount that was reversed and also the file name which using Premium was bought. Just to make sure. if the file was not corrupt.

Right now in case of a void transaction, we are just seeing that there was a void transaction without any other info and the amount was getting deducted from stats and balance and its confusing regarding what happened.

Also For Rebills, if you can show the video filename which gave the rebill(may it be auto rebill), it will help us in promoting that video more with the hope of getting more sales.

Take for example, I have a video of a particular pornstar, its giving good sales and rebills, but as i have got many videos of her, I have no clue, which particular titles are more in demand and giving rebills. Only download count is not enough to find out that.

I hope you will take these recommendations in good spirit and I have good faith that, these will bring more transparency and motivate the affiliates more.
