File host with search & re-upload feature

Is there any file host besides filefactory that allows you to search for files uploaded by other members and re-upload them in your account?

I believe many hosts have copy to your account feature, if you have the link.
About the search i don't think thats possible as it violates users privacy and also makes it easier for bots to attack.

Thank you for your answer. I believe that if the user have the option to add his files on Public or Private, the privacy problem would be solved.
