Could you increase number of transfer files at same time, around 10 is too low?

I mean in webupload because se ftp doesn't work 90% time and seem that you don't have enough skill to fix it.

Or you can do like other hosts: allow to add 50 files to web upload, then files will queue upload.

Because now there is a annoying: If we add around 15 files to web upload, it will be said error and just upload 10 files in 15 files we added, and we don't know what file is error. When I search it, it missed and have to upload again, very annoying.

i must say this is worst filehost because:
FTP upload and web upload error many time but not fix. (Completed but don't see file in acc)
Rate changes everyday
