Do these two websites use the same auto uploading script?

Hey sorry if this is a noob question or this is the wrong forum to ask, but the two sites in question are:

www.ovagames.com
www.skidrowcodex.net

To be more specific, I mean the script they use for uploading the games. I see similarities in the way it works:
- Uploads have the initials of the website in the file name (OG, SC)
- Similar Scrambled filenames
- Both use filecrypt

And if they are using the same script, does anyone know if it's publicly available for sale? Thank you

There both using Wordpress but different themes,
Overgame uses eGamer theme which you can find it here mhthemes.com/wp-themes/egamer-gaming-wordpress-theme/

Skidrowcodex uses its own theme.
