We are sorry that once again we have delays with the payouts. Unfortunately, this is what happens when we rely on an Exchanger, which is partly not on time.
We will complete some payouts tonight and hope to have the next payouts completed by tomorrow night at the latest.
Explanation of how our payout cycles work exactly.
First Exchanger request around Friday. Exchange money for our partners will reach us from Friday to Sunday.
Second Exchanger request around Saturday. Exchange money for our partners will reach us around Monday evening.
We always have two packages from our Exchanger which always reaches us from Friday to Monday. So there are always two packages. That's why we often pay some partners on Monday by latest. Currently we have not received the first Exchanger request from Friday to Sunday. But we have a little bit in stock which we will execute tonight and the rest unfortunately only tomorrow evening (Monday). If the first Exchanger request should reach us nevertheless tonight the Sunday, then we close most payouts naturally.
We often had discussions with our Exchanger that we want to have the Exchanger requests in time. But apparently sometimes private circumstances in real life are more important that the Exchanger is not there or delivers it too late. Maybe he has a family? Could also be a reason.
I guess from now on we will clearly state on the payout page, as well as on the affiliate subpage that payouts definitely always take place from Friday to Monday. Instead of the usual Friday to Sunday. So that no more discussions arise. This rule will then remain in place forever and no further changes will be made in future anymore.
Regarding Debrid IPs:
Our list is complete and this week all Debrids IPs will be banned. We have collected enough within the last 7 days. Thank you for your patience. But if this will be of any use in the future, I can't guarantee.
