Nobody wants to watch only 5% or 15% of the video, right? The users want to watch the whole video when opening it!

Instead of changing back to the 5% and old rates, better work on the player speed, to people can watch every video, long or short, doesn't matter. Solving the speed problem will solve the long video counting too - users will watch the whole video and it will count for uploaders too.

Solving the speed problem will solve the upload problems too, I think - we have this upload problem for a very long time, we couldn't upload anything even when it was the "5% and old rates" time! So if the upload problem will still persist, the player will still work slowly, the users will still close the video instead of watching it - will anybody be happy with the old rates? I don't think so!

And now we will lose our visits again, for 24 hours (in fact it will be more, because the counters are already stopped now, so till Thursday there will be around 36 hours) - and USA visits will count Tier 2 again? :(

If Player buffering problem we must change player.
*About US we can keep tier1 . its very hard but trying ...

Everytime BTC fee is 15% ~ 20% for us , isn't profitable. but we working on other coin .

Or, another possibility can be this:

1. uploaders will set the category "video" for the long videos (movies), if they want the 5% and old rates;
2. uploaders will set the category "clip" for the short videos (tv shows), if they want the 15% and new rates;
and the rates can be applied differently for videos and clips.

In this way everybody can be happy, everybody can choose separately what rates he wants for his videos. If somebody has both types of videos (like me, for example), he can set the 2 different categories for his videos in that way like he wants the new or old rates.
 
Movies and series will come out in English. there are subtitles or translations in the given language in each country. in Spanish, French, Chinese, Polish, Russian etc. many countries.
Some cover 100 series per week in the ENG ... (STANDARD) version + SUBTITLE depending on the country + translation into a given language.
And in free chili he throws movies (for the weekend) - on which there is income.
For people who only have files in ENG. THIS is cool and the rest?
