Can i make my own file hosting site with cloud hosting?

Hello guys i have a question about hosting.
Well, i already have a registered cloud hosting plan from hostgator and it is unlimited space, so can i create my own uploading website with this plan or i have to get server hosting ???

Another question is:
Does the limited space on my plan really mean it is unlimited ? or that's not what they meant ?

I will appreciate your help!

Fast speed minimum 1 GBPS Port
Minimum Space in TeraBytes
Better PPD/PPS Plans
Better DMCA Handling Policy
Better Payment Options for Paid Users
Better User Friendly Website Theme
Better Support Team
Better SEO
Better Domain name
Better Reputation in users Eyes

@Belinux Do you think i will have to change my domain name after i change my hosting to dedicated server ? because now it's about 1.4M in alexa, do you think i should get better domain name or it's good as it shows? uploadingsky.com

Yes, its perfect name in my view - keep it same. Because names have powers once famous should be same till the sky opens for you it seems good as eye catching till yet.

You need some changes into site, like Logo
navigation links, color scheme, favicon
