Pre-installed SEO Tool VPSs are pretty shit to be an honest buddy.
They promise to let you install your own tools but they take the Micky doing it, plus the VPS are slow as hell they say you will receive "100MB port/1GB port" and "2/4GB RAM, etc' when in reality it's bullshit as the resources are shared between multiple users (usually 10-20+) so you can imagine how laggy it is.
I've not even gotten onto the software yet, more false promises "Software is legit blah blah blah" when really it's cracked or patched.

try contact your web hosting provider first, i think

Yes, most probably you can install anything on it, that is compatible with your VPS OS, as the VPS means you have an isolated virtual server.
