Btc purse with low fee

Someone can recomend btc purse with low fee ? now use coinpayments, this +0.00040000 BTC fee. If want send 1 dollars, need +0.00040000 fee.
Or all purse similar high fee?

Coinpayments isn't a wallet. It's a payment service provider.

There are two types of fees.

1. Fee the payment service provider takes to process the payment.

2. The transaction fee (blockchain fee) you need to pay that your transaction will be included in the "next" block. Online wallets mostly have a fixed fee and offline wallets (you own the keys) let you chosse which fee to pay. Higher fee = faster transaction.

BitCoin has low fees at the moment.

The fee has nothing to do with the "anonymity". BitCoin isn't anonym. Everyone can see your transactions in public.

This better for small transaction.. but never use this..
