Auto timed thread opener on vbullettin

hi I want Vbullettin thread opener.

I'm looking for a program that will open during certain time periods topics.

15 minutes to open a topic.
I put my topic on a poster timed aut. Posters open a topic in 15 minutes

Example:
12:00 open 1. topic
12:15 open 2. topic
12:30 open 3. topic
.
.
.
.
.

I need this only 1 vbulllettin forum . not multi poster. need auto time poster for 1 vbullettin forum

Can easily do this. But what's wrong with setting the multi-poster thread delay to 900 seconds.

So what you want thread automatically opened after few minutes or auto posting after few minutes???

If its about opening thread then you wanna get make fake views on your threads XD?
