Views are counted upto 3 within 24 hours per user/ip.

I don't know if that changed in aparat.

i think he changed it before and made clipwatching with 3xip but now since he made rates high he's counting 1 x ip in both sites

There is a counting problem. Or some servers are down. I have 1/3 viewers for this hour as normal should be. And for comparison CLIP counts normally so it's not the viewers fault...
