Try contacting them and wait for 2 days as it was weekends and they might have been away, if they don't respond, go to your cPanel and backup and everything and look for new host if the issue persists.
i used them couple months ago. they had good support and i had no problems with them. i'm curious. they responded to your ticket finally? your problem got solved?
