What do you mean by html only? A "script" that only contains html files? If so, you're not going to find anything because html in not a scripting language but a markup language.

Yeah, that's not going to work. Using only HTML files you can't create anything other than a completely static website. What you want requires the host/server to run a program or script (think PHP, Python, NodeJS, etc), a database (think MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc) and file storage. In other words, a dynamic website. Without those the best you can do is serve a fancy HTML5 page.
