Anime streaming website , ask advice

Hello everyone ,

I don't know what choose for my Anime streaming website based on scrapping the internet ,
What is the best for a website who didn't respect DMCA and why ?
- have a website + files hosted on an offshore server
- have a website on a normal server + file on offshore server
- have a website on normal server + use HLS services like Netu.tv,Gounlimited.to,Vidoza.net ect...
- have website + file on offshore server + offshore domain name

Actually i'm using a not offshore server + ovh domain .

I think you should use an offshore server to avoid DMCA problem mostly you won't get any serious DMCA complaint as long your site niche is anime plus use HLS service (more than one).
