Pros:
Nice Domain
Great navigation
favicon lol

Cons:
non-clickable logo
Bright colors that are hurting my eyes
Heavily used up skin
vBulletin version number
 
What other sites have this skin?
Edit: Changed the font color to a darker purple.

Switched some things up - Also made the banner clickable :)

Illuminous pink kills my eyes on my hd high contrast monitor which is about 30 cm away from my face.

So what I am trying to say is maybe import some of the main images into photoshop and add a black tint to lower the brightness of them?
 
Alright here it goes:

-Nice logo, maybe add a slogan next to it in a small font?
-The pink color is way too bright, tune it down a bit.
-I see a lot of pink on the forum,m it almost looks monotoned, mix the colors up a bit.
-Color of the favicon don't go with the site.
-Maybe a roll-over effect for the navbar buttons? that'll look sick!
-Change those forum icons (folders), they don't look that good, maybe add there a hot chick, playboy icon or something "porny" lol.
