Beware, he is a terrorist working for the Islamic State, and he will extort you for all you've got and then lie and steal from you.

Everything in his skype approaches and the way he tries to get people in, shows it. He tries to approach people through facebook too. Mostly tries to get young people to fall for his schemes.
Tries to hide his location, but not very successful at it, clearly, since it was so easy to get his IP address. One of them, he has other IPs, they keep changing, but I've been logging them.
