This is great for a first banner design. The only real complaint i have is that two monitor's icon looks naff and the other one looks good. Nice choice of font, blending colours and you kept it simple, Peoples first designs are normally not that great as they always go over the top. Keep it up :)

From my understanding DDL stands for direct download listing, Streaming and downloading are two very different things and i doubt you will be able to find a DDL that will accept your site. They are not a great source for traffic anyway as people just download what they want and leave.
