there is no pending paypal payment payza has problems with their 'add funds' option via credit card, so if your on payza option, switch to paypal or just wait till payza fixes it

there is no need for 480p, because the 360p we are encoding is the same specification as of 480p on youtube

we dont delete files for inactivity, only deleted for abuse 720p is not supported at the moment it will encode 240p 1st and then 360p, recheck your files it should have 360p if the original uploaded file resolution was equal or above 360p
