Avaxhome have their business and so does Fileserve. Don't blame them. They have a well-known website and of course they have the right to make money from it. In my opinion, it's just a matter of negotiation. Let's hope everything will be okay.

About DMCA deleted files, I think the solution is simple. Please replace Upload date by Delete date. We don't care much about the Upload date. This will help us manage our files better :)

I have used his services for 3 months and there is no problem with my VPS up till now. The speed is great. Down speed about 15Mb/s while I always get about 1Mb/s each port when I open 10 ports for Upload on Fileserve, Filesonic, or Hotfile. Really impressive! Seems that server is never down...
