OK so then it is just like Bitshare. Low downloads = rank drop = less earnings.
or
Low downloads = low rank (never to get higher rank) = low earnings (and never seeing the highest advertised potential earnings)
Filegag always pays, I just don't like their funky/trickery misleading download pages. If they could just clean that up they would be one of the best file hosts in the whole section. I can't promote them until they clean up those download pages.
Nobody prospers with hosts who use ranking systems IMO.
Anyhow I wanted to ask is your host like Bitshare's ranking system where if one week your downloads are a bit less than the previous week then you drop a rank and start earning less?
@miamivice
Nope, I don't start trouble, I just state truth about hosts. I apologize if I've offended you. No I don't have an obsession with Henchfile but you guys do say a lot of similar things. Don't mind me. Lets just say I get paid to investigate file hosting sites. ;)
How do you know all 1000 downloads were from America?
Such stats are not visible to uploaders.
Don't feel bad though, my last 1000 downloads from Filegag resulted in $1.23 and this was for 500+ MB files that's when I knew it was time to bail.
And people claiming to be making huge amounts like this should also provide proof.
Did we forget about Henchfile that scammed everyone and their claim of paying someone in the amount of $400+ but couldn't pay any other people $20 payments?
I'm not saying either or but proof should be provided...
Spikeal, just use another host. This host has already been told how crappy it is to try and force software installation but aren't willing to make any changes.
There isn't anything in the software they're forcing you to download that would generate any kind of income for their site and with the...
Not a scam for me, I got my first payment then bailed on them before they could bail on me.
This is my motto now for all new hosts. They want to come here to hit and quit, I'm doing the same now and it is working out good.
Oh I've noticed files removed from my account as well and earnings. Here we go again just like Henchfile. Removing files from people's account just to remove their earnings and start not paying people. Watch and see. It is obvious they do no protect their uploaders either and probably accept any...
What is Wizzupload's abuse requirements for takedown notices? Do you do like Henchfile and just anyone can get people's files removed just by simply reporting what could be false dmca reports just to tamper with the uploaders files or do you actually protect your uploaders and have claimed...
Be on the look out guys just a heads up. These guys seem a bit too much like Henchfile where you get very quick earnings so a lot of people will be flooding to use them on what could be bogus earnings (not saying for certain they will be) but this is what Henchfile did then screwed everyone out...
Thanks for throttling me to about $0.20 cents a day now. Maybe at the end of the month I can buy a Subway sandwich for all my effort.
Time to find yet another host and don't say its my traffic, I get perfectly fine traffic using other hosts.
