i know itd probablly be better to get managed but the fact is like i said at servedome.......support is provided as common courtesy as they know if the user cant fix the issue then they lose a customer.........i wouldnt expect a host to be around 24/7 if i bought a unmanaged but it wont kill em...

well i personally think that it may be unmanaged service but as a buisness which is suposed to thrive on customer service then there would be a certain amount of common courtesy to help in some way.........if they want to keep you buying with them then you would have thought there would be a bit...
