I believe you are looking for a Windows VPS with Remote Desktop Access? Because in a Windows VPS, you get full admin access, not in a RDP.

This is a very nice spec VPS. I would recommend you to check the reviews on the host and if they're good, buy it before it runs out. Also, 100GB SSD space is very expensive, I'm not sure how you are able to get it in $36 USD. ;)

Most of the companies have instant setup for OpenVZ/Xen nowadays, if you pass the fraud checks. If you're looking for Onshore, take a look at BurstNET. They have instant setups for their VPS plans.

If you're looking for cheap, go for BurstNET but don't expect a very high level of customer support. ;)
