You know what Champ. If this makes you stop inflicting the world with the trash you call uploads then it's a great day for uploaders. In fact it's a great day for the whole world of warez and illegal uploads as you give your fellow uploaders a terrible reputation. You think you make a better uploader than God's himself but it couldn't be further from the truth as your not only one of the worst uploaders on not only WJ but probably the world itself. People like play_avi (as much as he complains), -zAAz-, ShareShiz, Mr-R-T and most others on WJ etc. are honest and take some pride in the quality of their posts while trying to earn some income.

Your not just about the money, your only about the money. I've told you ages ago to get rid of half the sites your involved with as with the shere quantity of ones your associated with it's physically impossible to retain quality. Your an uploading Whore, a downloaders nightmare, a webmasters ulcer and a DDL owners train wreck. I've seen a lot, traveled most of the world and never come across someone as self centered completely incapable of looking beyond your own personal gain.

Over fifteen pages ago you said you wouldn't reply again. Parasites are easier to get rid of.

Everyone know's it's near impossible to annoy me and you excel at it with such impeccable finesse it's is if Satan himself sent you to earth to annoy me.

Do whateva u want I dont care as far as uploading concerned since Katz gone I already left it bcoz ur ddl sites cant send more traffic which Katz did before u should know this real fact truth I m not here for any debate God Bless you and ur sites

If you don't like the rules, then simply don't submit... or make your own league of fail DDLs
 
Lol even Katz rules weren't as bad as this. They allowed non-primary hosts for 3 star rated sites and under. With these new rules in place, most sites won't even get 2 stars.

No fileserve and filesonic in primary host list even though FS is known to provide sublime speeds even to free users. I guess quality of service doesn't matter. Its only because they pay, they cannot be put in primary list.
 
nice rules guys i like the new rules with one primary its cool and i think now we should have some quality ups and stop these so called uploaders aka spammers which upload shits.
 
The new rules are sweet. But, Mr.Happy can you discuss with the other webmasters about the external links and make it a max of 20?

As katz is gone, people would like to get as much as traffic they could get. So, allow the webmasters to add a max of 20 links including buttons, ddl text links and link exchanges :)

Edit: Try to consider fileserve as a primary filehost bocz they provide nice speed 4 free user..

We have chosen not to put Fileserve as a primary file host because then everyone would just do FS + FO + Another secondary file host. This would reduce the quality of the submissions.

Thanks for using the global rules and standards I setup too, really appreciated, hopefully it helps in cleaning up warez and making it more... standard.

and you think putting there hotfile, which will ban your account and delete all your uploaded files after 3rd DMCA notice increases quality of submissions? all you get is bunch of deleted links. and according to alexa, fileserve's daily reach is just as same as hotfile's and even bigger than rapidshare's.
