Make your site no follow tag or you can remove Website url from the comment section, i do not know how bot/spammers works, but my guess is, if there is no url to add, there will be no comment, and for url in the comment itself, just add a plugin or something that remove comments with url in the comment itself.

I just want to know is that recaptcha is completed detected by spammers.
I mean if you have a recaptcha installed then you get a spam comments.

What about Math Captcha. Is it totally safe for a WP Blog?
 
change the passwords ... Maybe he is having your passwords ? Install Sql injection protection also , i don't know if this helps :) but it prevents some kind of hacks.

recaptcha cracked so dnt use it
