Hey Guys,

I have windows 7 as well as Kubuntu 10.10 Installed on my PC.

Now I need to remove Kubuntu. I have not installed it as a file in windows. but just like any other operating system.

So please tell me how can i uninstall it and it returns the space back to windows.

THanks..

if u have installed WIn7 first and then Ubuntu then try searching for the files over Win7 and delete them...I guess so :S....never done it so i am not sure.... :S

Yea. I Have installed Win 7 First. But there aren't any kubuntu Files in Win 7 Folders.

So can not do that. If You know any other method let me know.

Let Me Check if This works.

Update: This method ####ed me to great Extent.

I deleted the Hard Drive partition. when i restarted my PC, Nothing would come up except error messages.

To Fix This I had to Finally install another OS(Vista) in that very partition to fix the problem.

It was because of the grub (the boot manager with ubuntu) if you just putted a a recovery console CD and wrote the command : "fixmbr" it should have fixed that issue.

simply format the partion this will uninstall both operating system :) Cheers

edit:

sorry just change boot file and remove loading of Kubuntu operating system and manually delete the space of Kubuntu to used by Windows 7
