Okay, so the rules are you must have a billing panel like WHMCS and whatnot, which doesn't make a lot of sense and doesn't make any reason to be protected or anything, anyone with $16 can open/buy a whmcs license you don't have to get approved or licensed or anything..

I think people here should have either a business license, or a IRS license, so they can't just rob you and run away, I think it would protect most people here, because anyone that is going to scam you, or run a crappy business won't bother to do all this work.

What do you all think about this?

You have to remember this is just a forum to advertise on. Nothing more. Your thinking to far ahead of the game.
 
Yeah man, lets add more and more requirements and boundaries so that no one is able to offer any kind of service at WJunction, spot on. ;)

Well, if I was going to sell an RDP for uploading, I wouldn't want to get a license. Also you got to remember, all of us are from different countries. Companies would be registered in different countries then.
