I'm thinking of selling my site ShackServers.com which is mostly a webhosting provider built off reselling services such as VPS Servers, WHMSonic Licenses, and WHMPHP Licenses. Shackservers has been in business for over 2 years now underneath the name Hosting-Shack.com we moved our main site over to shackservers.com around October 30th. The site revenue is pretty good on a monthly base the site bring in about $484.00 USD monthly then $98.00 Semi-Annually Total it all together including the Semi-Annually brings it to $582.00 Monthly. The most I'll be probably asking for is about $350.00 the most for it.

What comes with the site:
WHMPHP Resellers Account - Allows you to sale WHMPHP.com master resellers licenses to clients or anyone.
===============
WHMSonic.com Resellers Account - Allows you to sale WHMSonic Licenses to clients or anyone.
===============
eNom Domain Resellers account - Which allows you to sale domains at cheapest price depending on your budget - After 4 months of good reviews I'll push the domain name into that your account that was created for you by us. You'll receive both domain names including shackservers.com & Hosting-Shack.com
===============
Then SolusVM Resellers account which allows you to manage each client who has purchased a vps server directly from us as a reseller provider with the following hosting providers below

Servedome.com - SolusVM Resellers Account - (Including Discount Code)

Hostrail.com - SolusVM Resellers Account
- (Including Discount Code)
Hugeserver.com - WHMCS Account has they don't have SolusVM Resellers accounts or use SolusVM has a control panel.

Well, there is a general community way to calculate the value of your company.

If you are making net 100$/mo, then when selling the company, you should get minimum 6 month's advance profit. That will be the actual value of the company. But, it is not a standard way, you are the owner, you decide the price.

100 X 6 = $600 should be your bin if your profits are on 100$/mo
