first of all.. really sorry for the inconvenience.. this issue can occur if you login via proxy ./ vpn (always use our fb support page for instant response), btw, we have added 1 year premium subscription on your account :) regards

back then, we were using google ads !!! btw our rates are still the highest, as we don't do manipulative stuff, you can try us for few days & you'll feel the difference yourself.
