but i didnt receive anything
That is an weird issue, usually Bitcoin transaction run pretty smooth.

Adsterra is a scam ... they haven't paid for months
I work with adsterra since year and every payout on time. If there is any issue i'm being informed by my personal Agent but never had such issue like not receiving payout at all.

I see Adsterra ads still appearing in video hosting players ... I have been unpaid for several months (Say no to cheats) even when I mailed they didn't respond ... live chat function their error does not show up

We do sometimes have some issues with payment systems, but they only cause a bit of delay, not skipped payments.

Since monday i'm sending messages to my manager via Skype, and also i sent messages to the support via the live chat, but still answers.

i also used to get paid in time since years, but now their support change, they didn't pay me in time this week, and my manager giving bad excuses, and didn't even pay at the end, now my vps is suspended and my sites closed because of this, i will make screens with my conversations with the support tonight.

Hi is it possible to transfer funds from one adsterra account to another and if not why is that ?
What happpened with the adsterra support, manager is not replying and they said they are doing business since from 2013, i have a account and i want to monitized my ads and see what happened they are not replying.
planning to change the ads network i tested one days i got 50K impression but they seems to be poor on support and i saw some issue on payment too. if we work and did not got payment then it means useless to using adsterra

For small traffic, they probably don't have much time to give proper support. i tried contacting them so many time, 0 response. disrespecting and annoying
Our support doesn't differentiate small and big traffic users, we answer to everyone (well, we usually do)
