Subscribers seems to be having an issue signing up, this was message I received

"I am having a hard time buying the premium subscription with hexupload. It starts out okay I select PayPal as the payment method on the initial page but once I get to step three it seems like it wants you to select a payment method all over again, but now you don’t get PayPal as a choice, They only list Bank transfer, 2. bitcoin and some other method I’m not familiar with. If other people are encountering this they are probably just giving up. I have been trying for a while now and I thought I might reach out to you to see if you are aware of this difficulty or have any advice. I may be just making some simple mistake, but it may be an error or oversight on their sign-up page."

Thank you, but I've already done that three times without success. I've even used the contact form on the website to no avail.

However, I didn't ask a question about an FTP;) that was a different one

Please use real ip, no vpn or proxy, paypal gateway will be visible for real ips only.
