Dear users, for now we have implemented some firewall rules to prevent the attack. We are not sure if it will not happen again but working hard to get is 100% fixed. Most of the function already work as ussual.

PS: uploads will be disabled again for some hours due to some bugs on encoding server

I hope so because I'm getting way too many complaints that many videos don't start ...
 
Lot of my files aren't working anymore. Even if i reupload those files they still can't be played (??)
How long will take you to solve this issue ?

Well, deleting the old broken files and reuploading them seems to work. But there are too many :\

When you upload an mp4 file and status is "Converting but you can play it" , you can also add subtitle and play and when it's finished converting, subtitle is not working anymore. Also the subtitle is not working on .to domain when the status is "Converting but you can play it" .
 
Dear users,

Unfortunately, our solution to protect some of the servers against ddos attacks is taking longer than expected.
During this week most of the unavailable files will become available and at the beginning of next week we hope to have everything 100% active.
We apologize for the inconvenience and as soon as we have the situation resolved we will offer a earnings increase to all users.

Subtitle will still appear only if you add after video fully encoded.

Then it's back to what it was , cause I can't post them without subtitles.

Mostly for paypal you have to wait 24Hours after its marked as processed to recieve it in your account... So just be patient and you will recieve it unless in rare circumstances where you dont get your funds in your account after 48Hours then you could consider contacting support to get the issue solved.
