It's not a debate. It's a conclusion based on 15+ years of working with a variety of languages. The only thing PHP has going for it is that it's still widely supported and easy to setup. IDK why you think Python can't be used for sites. I'm working on a Python site right now. See:

The embedded videos on my site are not working, it says The page streamtape.com has rejected the connection. But if i go to my video on streamtape is working fine, what could be the problem?
 
Hello guys,

we found the problem why some of you couldnt access the site. The good thing it was not DDOS so we are one step further. Still we caused you a lot of trouble the last days. Even its not directly our fault we take this seriously and i know how much this can hurt your earning especially in Covid times like now.

Because of that we will double all rates till friday which means:

Region 1 -- 70$

Region 2 -- 44$

Region 3 -- 24$

Region 4 -- 14$

All other regions 9$

I know you are all frustated but we are as well.

The rates will be live in a few hours (2-3)

thank you for your trust and i hope the jealousy from other hosts will soon stop :)
