I mean he made false promises, yet you can't really expect to get a lifetime unlimited cloud storage for 15$. That's just unrealistic and if people believe that, than people have other problems to begin with.

In my opinion he shouldn't be banned, but he shouldn't be selling here anything ever again. I think the loss of reputation to never sell anything again on wjunction is enough.

I don't think he ever made an useful post besides the selling thread, so banning should be not a loss.
 
Hello,

Lifetime validity is provided untill the services are provided by the provider.
Google is providing the services, and they have not inform us before regarding any end of the services, otherwise we will inform on time,. we have also lost many important data in Gdrive. Refunds are not possible to provide as we have already paid for them. But still we have also started processing partial refunds of Gsuite accounts provided within last 30 days of this issue.

I apologize for any misadvertising on the thread.

In my opinion he should be banned. Let us leave aside the expectation for lifetime. But he also promised that no files will be lost.

These all promises are valid till the services are available to us.. Earlier we have recovered data and provided them again for many users, whose Gsuite accounts are disabled due to frequent copyright claims, At that time services are available to us. This time Services are ended by the Google.. We have also lost our important data in this issue.

Google services are not provided anymore? Guess what, Google still provide Google drives. The fact that you cannot access your admin accout for violating Google's rules or lack of will to pay more to switch to G Workspace - is your problem. Unless you solve this problem, you must be banned.

I spoke with GWorkspace support and they told me the domain/ GSuite account got suspended for breaking ToS by reselling.

Google must be improving their detection algorithms, so when the system detects many accounts with activity and no relationship in between them, the domain gets flagged.

Unless he can persuade the GWorkspace staff by saying that some admin account got unauthorized access. It's difficult to revert this system ban.

The truth shall set you free.

We never deleted any user's message in telegram or any other place,. i have also added your old message screenshot at PM to confirm this..

As you can see, our provided Gsuite account was working very smoothly for untill this time..., If the service do not end by the google abruptly, there would be no such issue.

I am really sorry for the issue caused.,. and the data loss.

Data loss is the major point here, especially when it was promised to recover the data for any case of disabled account, and I don't care if you did that in the past: I need it now, and not because I was the one that violated Google's terms. Your thread title ends with the word "safe". This account was aything but safe. I also don't care about the lost dollars, it's not the main issue here. If you cannot recover the data lost without a notice because YOU violated Goggle's ToS, your apologies will not be accepted.

If you have 40 TB worth of WebApps, Databases etc, I would understand that you're mad and upset, but you don't use a 15$ solution for important stuff. If you did, that's literally your fault for being cheap.

and let's be real for once. If we had an opportunity like @fastrapidleec had it to make money, most of us would've done the same. The deal he made with the other administrator was probably the same deal he offered us. he told him: lifetime, always restorable etc, so @fastrapidleec promised us the same, yet the majority who got it from him has common sense and knew that this day will come.

If it didn't work after a month selling it on wjunction, I'd say ban @fastrapidleec too, but it worked for over a year, so I say not ban worthy
