We have tried to restore accounts and recover data., but due to end of Gsuite program by google, and the Policy changes by google in GWorkspace, the data recovery is not possible now.,.

(Most probabily google is cutting costs of servers/disks by limiting resources at Gsuite accounts, as many users have stored 100s of TB of data on Gdrive accounts. If Google continue providing Gsuite account then Gsuite account and data can be restored, )

How does such thing happen without any kind of previous warning?

What did they really answer? There are many accounts holding 100s of TB that haven't been suspended. This is no clear explanation. Shared drives are still unlimited.

Have you tried to speak with them on the phone or live-chat?

They have an enterprise tier that offers unlimited storage anyways and this just costs about 25/30$

I've learned many lessons in my lifetime. One of them is to not rely on people in general. I tried this reseller, lost 20 TB of data. I learned my lessen. If I need something, I'm trying to get it from the source, even if it costs me 5 times more (monthly)

I'm not blaming the reseller, I'm blaming myself for being naïve in the first place. With this said, I'm out of this conversations. Wish you all well during this pandemic, may you all find unlimited cloud storage (me too though) and have an amazing weekend :)

I can speak with them on the phone, live-chat or whatever else, seriously.

I know people who have huge backups in their accounts and didn't have any issue.

I don't even know the reason even if I try to order one for myself.

I don't understand the 30-day partial refund criterion, are 60 or 90 people not entitled to that? It is not a lot of money, the truth is that arguing for that is ridiculous, but making criteria based on that is worse.
If a user does not use your service for two or three months, you should return the money since the files are considered lost.

This update after two weeks of doing nothing is not acceptable and sounds like bullshit.

1. Google officially calls G Workspace as formerly G Suite.
2. Google Workspace Enterprise says: As much storage as you need.
So what's your problem to move the accounts to this tier? You are saying that Google no longer provides unlimited storage gsuite accounts. It is kind of true, because they don't call them gsuite anymore. Move them to G Workspace!
3. You promised that the accounts will last for at least 20 years. They were not removed or deleted. You provided regular Google accounts that belong to your company. So Google disabled them, but they can be enabled because these are Google's accounts. I could accept your answer that there are no more accounts if Google died or closed it's program like Google plus. But not in this case! Google's lifetime and it's storage accounts have not ended, it was renamed.
4. You promised that the data will be recovered for any case of disabled account. Keep your promise or get banned!

I tried to recover the account through the form and this is what I received, basically this is the same form that appears for admin account and probably the same automatic answer.

Which sends me to here:

To have access to support tools such as the phone and live-chat, one must use another G suite admin account, which can be a trial one.

People on here bringing up the 'LIFETIME' argument... That's something I don't understand at all. 'False advertising'...' 100% guarantee'

The only thing where you have a 100% guarantee is death, and taxes... oh god I hate taxes... but other than that, never, never expect 100% guarantee on something. Even a company like Apple (with the biggest cashflow/liquidity) tries to weasel themselves out of guarantee cases.

The lifetime argument: If GDrive dies, which it did per se, they changed it to Google Workplace. GDrive is dead. You can't expect something that is dead to get back to life. Let me explain it with a little common sense. As long as you're living you can go to the doctor, but the moment you're dead, even the doctor can't help you anymore and this is currently the case.


We have to differentiate and prioritize certain things obviously. Before we do, everyone should go with the worst case scenario. PEOPLE WON'T GET THEIR WEBSITES BACK, THEIR DATA, THEIR WAREZ. Say amen to this.

If the reseller comes back and has a solution, important things should be handled first:

1. Buyers that got it for their private websites, company websites, private files without other backups (no warez obviously)
2. the rest

Don't have any hope though, hope destroys you. We all have been there. People that used it for storing warez (he highly recommended it to NOT STORE WAREZ; check first post) - Most of us knew that the GDrive adventure will end at some point.

People who die because of those 15$, consider it as bad investment and also... if you scream scammer and die because of it, then WAREZ isn't for you... as sorry as I am. Change industry. I saw some comments earlier like: big mouth, why don't you give me my money back? There's nothing more pathetic like that, to ask other people for their money back.

If you wanna have 'UNLIMITED STORAGE', get either a few business accounts on Google, or get a Dedicated Server.

I really tried to be respectful this time as well as facts don't care about your feelings. Let me be clear. I'm just using common sense. I'm only for a few months in this business, more like a hobby, an hour a day. I asked another uploader who told me to use this reseller, yet I didn't give him shit, he's probably in the same position as all others. I'm not on the resellers side, but when I see things without any common sense, I will always reply with facts and common sense.

The funny thing is that it says that Google does not check Drive files when in its TOS it clearly explains that it does so through MD5 and other recognition technologies. Even if you have the account with the files for yourself it will end up being examined due to the massive upload of child pornography it suffered in 2012 and later. Rare ones are scanned over on Google's servers and while they zip them up automatically by their system but if they find a password protected zip they can delete the file as it inflicts the scan... it's all in their terms of service but these guys think that by buying from a reseller they are automatically protected according to what the reseller tells them... and unfortunately they don't want to understand

"The key issue being the seller is the one with the contract with Google and most certainly retained super admin access. Unless you had full (super) admin access or have intermate/sufficient knowledge of the account details, Google will be able to validate you as an authorised person and any access to accounts or data."

All Lies you are saying @fastrapidleec . You are a Reseller(Not Legit), Google must have alerted about policy change before terminating your service. As they dont provide unlimited space, they would have stopped the user from adding new files if user has reached space limit. There is no truth in your words, that you are using to come clean.

Why you were boasting when you were providing the service for 15$ with lots of promises? And now you are giving the excuse that, user has paid only for 1 month.

Good suspended your service, because you stopped paying Google and also you kept the users in dark.

fastrapidleec is reselling his corporate account and that is illegal.

Google has a contract with his company and it is for his company use only. But he abused it by re-selling it to multiple users.

So you contacted google and told them exactly about the offence ???
And how he has been reselling them???

And you also complained to Google about ebay resellers doing exactly the same thing???? Possibly getting them into trouble also, even if their accounts are still safe for now.

After 2 weeks I could finally have an intelligible conversation with @fastrapidleec

(excuse me I'm going to make a resume)

His G suite account is a special Business account that was made through G suite partners with a lifetime fee or something (perhaps for free), it's one of those things made for India for people to go digital and promote the service there.

Since he doesn't have admin access anymore and his login page appears the same thing as ours, according to he says he tried to contact through the partner or some support phone number that said that these special G suite conditions have ended and he was probably rushed by some indian tech support dude.

I tried to use that recovery form upon login, and received this automated message:

It says that even if you're an admin you'd have to contact another domain's admin to have access to full support features.

The only way to have proper support, is to use an ordinary G suite account (it can be a trial too) and use their admin panel support features, preferably live-chatting to avoid misunderstandings.

And ask them what is possible to do in regards to upgrading this account to a GWorkspace tier, or having access to data as an admin.
 
We all knew that he was going to keep our money. There is no surprise in this. The money has already been spent and cannot be returned. Now, if he sold a product that says it is unlimited with the name ONE that we will have it for life, and after two months the product changes the name to TWO (suppose all the characteristics remain), then he could say that the term lifetime referred to ONE product and not TWO product. And automatically, leave us without access. And then, sell the TWO product as if nothing happened.
In a week, we will see GWorkspace.
