yeah, and it has not even a day yet, google is not a 24/7 service to handle everything right away. we all have to wait. the last time when I contacted google for my personal issue, I have to wait like a week to had them replied.

Its this scam? I think not. Or legal drive users by google wirh full 144$ pro year cry and wrote google is scam when this delte all data over 2TB oder 5TB when not upgrade to enterprise?

Yeah.. totally false and misleading advertisement. And I dont think, he is going to come back. He will keep buying time to resolve the issue. And for Gusite users, Google provides Phone support, chat support and email support. This should not take this much time to get a proper update or ro resolve the matter I firmly believe OP is doing nothing. He must be busy closing his Paypal account and bank account.

The thread should be locked or moved in any case. It has nothing to do anymore with the first post as well as with the title: it's not lifetime and not safe. Indeed you pay as little as $15 for storage, but then you lose all your storage at once without a notice and not given a chance to back up or to pay to save the data.
 
This is not the only service like this that got slammed yesterday, many G Suites that were providing accounts and free shared drives got suspended/freezed yesterday, it's just Google enforcing their new policies to manage resources.

Let's see what solutions does Google provide for these exceptions such as "old" G Suite accounts which were once less restricted.

I'll never understand why people would use this to back up GIG/TB of files when a simple official sub is $10 a month.

I advise those that used PayPal to dispute their payment, as when PayPal receives many cases, they will automatically know something is up, can't be waiting for people to make a runner. ​

The seller was well aware that accounts, such as edu accounts would get disabled so he lured members in purchasing with this line: “Our Google Suite Accounts will be never get disabled”.
