I don't understand on more thing.
I have 23 view and 22 download for my first file, total 50, all in tier 1
My balance is 0,06 euros (for 10000 it's 12,8 euros) Why not 40euros?? (tier1)
 
the official explanation is that's the total amount of views and downloads not the paid once for example he pays max 3 views/downloads per ip while the number in stats shows all the views /downloads even if the user clicked 5 or 10 times also he says some proxy and vpns doesn't get paid but is counted in the total views in the reports page
 
Hopefully you can fix the last visualizations because the last uploads the videos either do not start or do not encode, so to see if I delete them and upload them again or not after everything is fixed
