The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. We hope that we didn’t cause you any troubles during the previous situations, and we will do our best to avoid similar ones in the future.
 
What is a service that doesn't have a payout record? This is pure ignoring of messages. Don't have a track record for which user and how much money you paid? Are you kidding with your users?

You have an additional cost, just because you will be asked by PopCash, SA why the payment was not made.

Did you write to Omprakash Sah that you could send him a recording of the transaction? You also wrote that you need to reach 6700 users today, and you allegedly have no record of payments and are not able to check it.

Here is a public question: Why are you ignoring messages. You need two weeks to check the transaction, two weeks.

How many more users do you have, additional payment terms?
You said you didn’t receive the payment you requested and I told you: you have these options:
1- We send you a screenshot of the transaction and if case was that you missed the payment from your panel we will charge you additional fees for wasting our time to track a payment that you already received.
2- In case the problem was from our side we will pay your payout 2x.

Isn’t fair? Or you want to waste our time to track your payments for for free? Also you will get paid the double if we missed it.

And good news: it will always remain like that. We have changed the way our website works by using CloudSystem instead of dedicated servers and the manual balancing crap which means whenever the website face any unusual load it will add additional resources automatically to handle them without the need for any manual actions from our side. In a nutshell, I can say that the site is now rubbery so that it expands and shrinks its resources as needed and automatically from what raises the level of stability from 75-80 to 99 percent.

It’s just like the difference between dedicated servers and Amazon Cloud AWS3.
