Why you say this and can you prove it please...

I also believe in that, they use XFileShareing script (cheap script, no custom platform) and they have a lot of problems they can't fix it.
 
I see that the player is changed. There is no thumbnails and i'm getting on my videos - The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

Yes the core script is XFileSharing, but we have added & improved many things on the script.
The main issue for the buffering was due to lack of server with the DC we are using, we have ordered nearly 40+ servers but due to lack of availability and increase in traffic we are facing these issues it is not related to our script.

That particular server on which the video hosted is offline right now due to which you are facing the issue rest of the videos should work fine.
