Ecatel ,which i started using recently.
Speak with them in advance if you have certain requirements.
bear in your mind that their support is kind of slow to reply.
i will use them and maybe post a review later.
no issues so far.

If they received a court order they will take it down and tell you it's a hardware failure.
There is no real DMCA-Free hosting. You need to do hourly backup and triple proxy faces or two at least if your website is small or medium and taking care of your domain.

Isnt ecatel not anymore? They are now IPVolume Inc (after QuasiNetworks). And changed their ASN.
You meant Novogara.com? Or do they have any other brands?


Also, ive got Netherlands VPS too. We own the Hardware and IPs.
